Items on Reserve
Reserve items are books, journal articles, etc., that instructors put aside for use by students in their courses. These items can be taken out for a short period of time.
Borrowing reserve items
To borrow reserve items, bring the call number of the item to the Circulation desk. The GPRC Library will have different reserve items than the Fairview Campus Library. The call number can be found in the NEOS catalogue in the Reserve Desk. You can search by Instructor, Course number, or Course name.
Loan Periods
- 2 hour loans: in-library use only or may leave library
- 1 day loans: may leave library
- 1 week loans: may leave library
Fines
- $1 per hour/per item for some Reserve materials
- $6 per day/per item for some Reserve materials
